			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I would spend seventy-five dollars any day to make four hundred dollars, so that is not bad. But if you can do better when you work from home, why not do better. I am not saying do not accept that at that time, but why not tweak things a little better, test, test, test and make more money. So that&#8217;s not bad, it&#8217;s seventy-five dollars, we got four hundred dollars, that&#8217;s three hundred and twenty-five dollars profit in our pocket, not including the way I teach you to put some advertising dollars back, because you don&#8217;t want to rob yourself.</p>
<p>Now, I&#8217;m going to use one out of every three clicks on op-in, I&#8217;m going to use the same thing, twenty-five cents per click, so basically out of a hundred clicks, I&#8217;m going to get thirty-three op-ins. Now, why don&#8217;t you back up for a second and look at what we just talked about before this. My conversion is one op-in out of every three clicks, thirty-three op-ins. Again, I&#8217;m going to have the same sales process you have, the same follow up and everything that converts one out of every twenty people to a sale, one out of every twenty op-ins. At this point I&#8217;ve spent twenty-five dollars, thirty-three op-ins.</p>
<p>I have already made one sale, remember, we make one sale out of every twenty op-ins, that is according to our sales, according to what we have been doing. So I&#8217;ve already made one sale, four hundred dollars and we have spent twenty-five bucks and are well on my way to my second sale, because I already have thirteen op-ins more than twenty, I have got thirty-three. So I&#8217;ve already made four hundred dollars, got three seventy-five in my pocket faster than that other person that&#8217;s basically making a sale out of every three hundred clicks, I make one sale out of every hundred clicks and I get thirty-three op-ins.</p>
<p>So you can see the difference, to me, and to some people it might not be worthwhile. Some people are happy, okay I&#8217;ve spent seventy-five dollars and I&#8217;m making a sale for every seventy-five dollars I spend, I&#8217;d be happy with that, but I like to take things a little further. I like to put more money in my pocket, more op-ins, more bang for the buck. And once you get to that point of getting that ratio you just let it go. If the op-ins start to slow down a little bit, adjust your ad a little bit to get about the same ratio, to get one out of every three clicks to get an op-in. But as you can see, when you work from home as a business it&#8217;s more profitable.</p>
<p>Now back to keywords. The number one target market in this industry, just like anything else, remember I was talking about mortgages and the mortgage industry, if they could get people in the target market, they would do great. Here, it&#8217;s the same thing, who is your target market. The number one target market is other people in this industry. Why? Because they&#8217;ve already been pre-sold, if they have been in this industry they have bought a product in this industry, they have bought a course, they have been in an opportunity or something of the sort, they have been pre-sold in this industry an they want to work from home.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t have to sell them about the home based business industry, they have already been in it. Why spend time, you know, if you are marketing toward keywords like make money online, get my home based business, marketing online or things of that sort, usually the people that are looking up under those keywords in the search engines, or any other advertising that you are doing to target market that keyword, usually they have not been in this industry. So in your sales process you first have to convince them that they need to join this type of industry, this type of thing to get their own home based business. Whereas me, if I am targeting where I am target marketing, the people in this industry, I don&#8217;t have to convince them of that, that part of the sales process is done before I have even got them to op-in to my page. It brings up your sales conversion rate.</p>
<p>Now you can see why if you do get into that target market right there that is too general, you might have some success, but you will not have as much success as you do as with very targeted marketing. So you need to target people in this industry. I hear this all the time, George, is it going to become saturated? No. There are millions and millions of people in the world, and the 1 ups, 2 ups, cash programs, courses in this industry, products in this industry, systems in this industry, marketing systems, sales centers, mlm programs in this industry, there are millions and millions of people across the world, so it&#8217;ll never be saturated.</p>

In the UK last year Internet advertising grew 41.2%. Sixty percent of companies that are spending online right now plan to increase online budgets. Companies are directing more of their budgets online attempting to build their brand and engage end-users.<br />
 Being at the top of Google organic search is the top priority for just about every online marketing company that knows what that top placement would mean to a company. The difference between being at position#1 and #11, in many cases, means the difference between a profitable company and a company scraping by.<br />
 Of the many ways to spend your advertising dollars/pounds, Google Adwords offers the opportunity for advertisers to be visible to thousands of targeted consumers and be seen in the top of a search for the keyword or keyword phrase the company targets. This works in the same way as if they were buying a half page advertisement in a specific area of the local newspaper (i.e. a perfume ad in the women&#8217;s section).<br />

Software  Most E-books are written in Word first and then converted to another format. If you want to concentrate on writing content and cant be bothered with formatting or conversion issues, you can hire a company to convert the file for you. What  is wrong with this picture..maybe lots of people talk about  making money online, but dont talk much about making profit online because they dont.<br />
If you were looking to buy an ABC Company franchise  and one made  $1,090,000,000 in sales, and one that made $ 47,900,000 profit which one would you look at first?<br />
The next time you look at any offer  online, ask the seller what their  online profitability is?  Bet you will surprised if they can even answer the question.<br />
Even any on-line business that generates lots of sales and money will die eventually if  their lack of on-line profitability prevents them from re-investing in their business  in order to grow.<br />

So now can you why it is easier to talk about  making $1410 in sales, rather than  making  profit of   say  10, 15 , 20 or even 50% .<br />

Oh, and  one other thing where did you get the $1410 to pay for the Google PPC ads in the first place, assuming that you break even on this campaign?<br />

A student approaches a teacher and declares, ?I desire to learn from you.? The teacher responds, ?Very well, follow me.? The teacher leads the student to the ocean and motions for him to follow into the water.<br />
Once they are up to their chests in water, the teacher grabs the student, forcing his head under the water. The student is calm, at first, thinking that this is just part of a test. He feels sure the teacher will let go shortly. A minute passes by and the student begins to worry, struggling to free himself. He desperately tries to surface to breathe.<br />
The teacher continues to hold the student under the water until the point when the student ceases struggling and almost passes out. After he is released and has surfaced, the student, gasping for air, screams, ?What are you doing? You almost made me drown!?<br />
The teacher gazes calmly in the student?s eyes and says, ?Once your desire to learn from me is as strong as your desire to get a breath, then return to me, and I will teach you.?<br />

     A business opportunity intake process is a must have for ALL but especially for solo-professionals, service professionals and entrepreneurs who are constantly looking for and attracting new and exciting opportunities.  Whats a business opportunity intake process?<br />
  It&#8217;s a filtration system of sorts. I&#8217;m like a giant generator. The more gas (projects) I take in the more power I&#8217;ll create. However, putting the wrong kind of fuel in my engine can cause me to sputter and conk out. Have you ever seen a sports car try to run on diesel fuel? It&#8217;s not pretty. (Not that I&#8217;m necessary a sports car, I may be more of an old beater, but you get the point.) Every engine needs a filtration system to keep the system running smoothly and cleanly.<br />
   Creating abundance   Everyone has their own very special way of creating abundance in their life. I do best when I respond vs. initiate. That may seem counterintuitive as I produce a lot. However, most of the projects I take on are in direct response to an opportunity, situation or event that I have come in contact with. I make sure to create environments in my life that serve as feeder systems for my work so that I have a constant stream of new opportunities. When I do respond to something, my response is immediate, fast, focused and aggregated.<br />
   I often feel like a magnate, however, magnates can attract anything (so to speak) so I am careful to filter properly. Hence, my business opportunity intake process  When an opportunity presents itself I raise this question:   &#8220;Is this opportunity a new feeder system for me to help service professionals and small business owners create more demand for their products and services and can I leverage a current asset on this new opportunity and/or can I create a new asset with this opportunity to leverage throughout my current businesses?&#8221;   If not, I pass. If yes, than I jump on it right away.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Twenty or more years ago I took several evening courses in an effort to meet other people and especially women.<br />
   One of the courses I took for about a year was Tai Chi. The major benefit of the course was to learn about balance. The instructor demonstrated to us how most of us walk. We take a step, then fall forward and catch ourselves with the other foot before the rest of the body hits the ground. In other words we stumble forward. When we are in balance we can move forward with deliberate steps, and we should be able to stop anytime in the middle our stride without falling forward.<br />
   Stumbling is what most people do in their lives. We try to gain some momentum in our lives and hope we don&#8217;t fall flat on our faces. We rely on our past experiences to guide us to the next step.<br />
    As infants we were cautious about each step and we thought about it before we took the next one. After a period of time we learned that if we shifted our weight forward it would cause the body to move in the same direction we wanted to go-sometimes a little faster than we want and we would fall. As we moved away from managing our steps, we found walking easier if we didn&#8217;t think about the steps and focused on were we wanted to go. We looked up at Mom or Dad and fell towards them or the sofa-running to keep up with the rest of our body.<br />
   The knowledge we have gained as infants we use over and over again as we struggle to be both independent and socially accepted. The stumbling sometimes works and sometimes does not.<br />
    Because most of us were not taught to be critical thinkers and have little access to the experience of other as children, we mimic them and most times fall flat on our faces. The steps of independence we were taught was usually in the footprints of someone else. We trusted those who had power over us to lead us in the right direction.<br />
    Humanity, individually and together has never really got together and decided what it wants to experience collectively in the future. We have been tripping through life hoping the forward motion will take us some place better-living for today, lunging forward one step at a time. Humanity for all its technology is no better off now than it was when it crawled from the sea. Many would argue against that statement-they would point out our advancements in science, health, art and general well being. However, it is observable many have not come very far in their quest for happiness, abundance, and equality. There is no game plan and no enlightened direction. The world simply does not know what it wants consciously.<br />
   Religion, faith and leadership have not brought us to where we want to be, and it never will. Maintaining balance in one&#8217;s life is a personal experience. Moving in a personal meaningful direction is choice. The world is perfect the way it is, it is the way we made it. We are the creators of what it is we now experience.<br />
    I believe we know where it is we want to go subconsciously and what we want to experience, but we have been listening to and guided by sources who do not want us to get there. People and organizations with their own agenda.<br />
   Following the leader takes us to where the leader wants us, and we don&#8217;t have to take responsibility for our actions-we just keep stumbling forward.<br />
     We have the power to take ourselves to where we want to be. No one can ever do that for us. We have become lazy and apathetic about our own lives. We struggle to just get through the day and hope everything works out, and we are still not at the place we desire. We have been doing the same thing for centuries-same actions-same response, same results, and it&#8217;s not what we want. This must be the definitive description of insanity.<br />
   We have traded our natural curiosity and adventurous nature for obligation and fear. We have given our power away for a meager measure of security. It&#8217;s not that we are powerless to change our circumstances; it&#8217;s that we believe we are. Groping through piles of misinformation about whom and what we are has left us numb as to our true identity.  Our source of inspiration and guidance has let us down. While we have fallen face down into piles of the stuff, our sources of spiritual guidance are still ringing out the same rhetoric.<br />
    I have the power-you have it, as does everyone else-it&#8217;s all in the head, in your imagination. You are creating all the steps in your life. There are no promises that can help you-no faith can turn it around until you decide that you are going to walk for change. Neither faith nor God moves mountains-you do!<br />
   Take a new trip, one you create from a sincere desire to live in a different world. The steps may not be easy, but the results are as simple as knowing you can make them.<br />

<b>On average, companies change CMOs every two years. Is this a function of unrealistic expectations, unclear job requirements, or something more fundamental? Perhaps the solution is as simple as accurately measuring that which truly bonds consumers to brands  emotional engagement.</b><br />
The task of linking consumer behavior to brands and marketing efforts is a difficult one with which the best Chief Marketing Officers grapple daily. Solutions such as self-report surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews suffer from a critical disconnect between their results and consumers real world behavior. This ongoing challenge has put Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) into the unenviable position where their best efforts are not measureable, and as a result their job security is never assured.<br />
<b>The CMOs Dilemma</b><br />
In his Gallup Management Journal article The Chief Marketing Officers Dilemma, Willam J. McEwen looks at some of the difficulties of the CMO position  rapid turnover, high pressure expectations, and a poorly defined job.  The CMO position faces inherent difficulties in the sense that customer engagement depends upon<br />
 a) Communicating the brand promise and   b) Delivering upon the companys brand promise.<br />
  Both consumer engagement and profitability rise when employees help deliver on the brand promise. The difficulty arises in that the CMO has control over the first half of the equation (communicating brand promise via advertising and marketing) but not the second half (delivering upon brand promise via employees and operations). The CMO has no direct control over the workforce. They control the packaging, promotion and promise, but not the daily deliverance and implementation. Thus, to a large extent, the real potential, and the potential pitfalls, of the brand are in the hands of employees who are outside of the CMOs control.<br />
 <b>Gallups Proposed Solution</b><br />
The solution to the dilemma is two pronged. First, CMOs must be capable of recognizing and understanding the entire breadth of their brand  from the brands promise to each interaction between employee and customer to every experience customers have with the brand. This indicates that CMOs must look at the world from the customers point of view. Second, senior executives must design more comprehensive, well-defined objectives and accountability measures for their CMOs. However, this solution proposed by Mr. McEwen falls short of the target. The assessment of the problem and its respective solutions can be extended to incorporate a broader view of the mind, the market, the brand and the CMO  a view which involves both sides of the mind, the rational and the emotional, and allows for a more accurate picture of engagement, branding and profitability<br />
<b>Rational vs. Emotional Mind</b><br />
From a neuromarketing perspective, there are at least two parts to the human mind  the rational and the emotional.<br />
 The rational mind is reasonable, logical, and linear. The rational mind is excellent at developing levelheaded explanations for behavior. It is so good it has consumers (and others) convinced that they are rational shoppers. The rational mind is so good at creating the illusion that it is in control that scientists didnt even discover the emotional mind until a few decades ago. In other words, the rational mind has conveniently overlooked the existence of the emotional mind ever since Descartes famous but flawed line, I think, therefore I am.<br />
The emotional mind is associative, largely subconscious, irrational and intense. The emotional mind is more powerful than the rational mind. It had greater endurance than the rational mind. It works more quickly than the rational mind. This is partially due to the order in which the brain evolved over millions of years. Those areas of the brain which are primarily responsible for emotions, the hippocampus, the amygdala, and the insula, among other regions, developed 5  10 million years ago. On the other hand, the part of the brain responsible for rational thought, the neocortex, developed a mere 40,000  2 million years ago. In terms of evolutionary brain development, the rational mind is still in its infancy, while the emotional mind is like a mature adult. So the emotional mind has been through hundreds of revisions and updates, while the rational mind is still a bit buggy. Research confirms the emotional mind is a more powerful driver of behavior. Consumers buy with the emotional mind and explain the purchase (to their spouse, for instance) with rational mind.<br />
<b>The Importance of Fully Engaged Customers</b><br />
Gallup has shown that profitable growth is directly dependent on the degree to which a companys customers are fully engaged.  Gallup defines fully engaged customers as strongly emotionally attached and attitudinally loyal. The inevitability of negative customer-employee interactions and subsequent drops in customer engagement make it imperative that the CMO find a way to accurately quantify and measure emotional engagement.  With an accurate method to lay out the conscious and subconscious emotions that consumers feel when they interact with the brand, the CMO has a fighting chance to ensure customers return again and again for the same feel good experience. Once the CMO has this emotional profile for the brand, then she can set about focusing on increasing sales share while meaningfully enhancing the brand. Until then, the CMO is akin to a ship atop the sea without a rudder; adrift without a map.<br />
 <b>Emotions and the Subconscious Drive Behavior</b><br />
Emotions and the subconscious are the primary driving forces behind consumer behavior, including buying behavior. The challenge has been to develop a tool to accurately identify and measure conscious and subconscious emotions in real time. In the absence of any such tool, CMOs have had to rely on basic, rudimentary methods, such as observation of shopping behavior, self-report questionnaires and focus groups to predict engagement and behavior. These methods have proven inconclusive at best.  The CMOs job security is thus tied to shaky and unreliable data collection methods. Given how consumer data is still being collected in archaic ways, its no wonder that the tenure in the CMO position is so short. The problem is not that the CMO does or does not know how to do the job. The problem is that no one knows how to accurately measure emotional engagement so there are no real benchmarks against which performance can be judged.<br />
 <b>Communicating Brand Promise</b><br />
The creator of the most successful mass-communication ad campaigns for Avis and Volkswagen, William Bernbach, said, You can say the right thing about a product, and nobody will listen.  Youve got to say it in such a way that people will feel it in their gut. Because if they dont feel it, nothing will happen.<br />
  The value of brand equity is not so much in the rational, conscious mind as it is in the emotional, subconscious mind. Its not how consumers think about a company or its offerings. Its how they feel about it. And oftentimes, theyre not even consciously aware of how they feel.  The most successful marketing campaigns will speak to the head and the heart, the rational and the emotional. Yet, for most CMOs, the ability to accurately measure the emotional side of the equation is not an option, if, for no other reason, than no adequate emotional ruler exists.<br />

If a call center rep sees the customers as sources of innovative ideas who are in genuine need of help, their interactions will flourish and the brand will gain new champions as a result of their positive exchanges.<br />
 Even though delivery of the brand promise is outside the CMOs purview, she can still influence her colleagues who oversee delivery by acquiring and sharing a deeper, more accurate, understanding of a) how the consumer perceives the brand and b) how the consumer wants to experience the brand. In this way, the CMO provides the company with the necessary hard data to create the finest possible customer experience. Such information in the hands of senior management would be a powerful driver of organizational change and brand enhancement as it creates positive guidelines for promotion and delivery.<br />
 Measuring the emotional responses of consumers is an aspect of market research that is just now coming to the fore, creating new and necessary tools for the marketing toolbox.
